You'll lead the delivery of large-scale transformations-whether that's migrating organizations to the cloud, modernizing legacy pension systems, or rolling out enterprise health & welfare platforms. You'll partner directly with executive stakeholders, drive governance that actually works, and translate complex technical work into measurable business outcomes.This is not a back-office role. You'll be in the room with C-suite clients, shaping how their organizations deliver benefits to their employees. You'll own the delivery narrative, manage the complexity, and ensure that ambitious programs land successfully-on time, on budget, and with lasting client impact.What you'll doOwn Large-Scale Client Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Health & Welfare programs.



That means juggling multiple workstreams, coordinating across Product, Development, Configuration, Data, QA, and Operations. You'll manage dependencies, mitigate risks, forecast financial performance, and keep everyone aligned to what actually matters: delivering on commitments.Be the Strategic Client Partner You'll be the senior delivery voice for our most important clients. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Lead steering committees. Have the conversations that shape strategy, not just status. Proactively identify where we can modernize, improve, and create value-thinking like a consultant, not just a delivery manager.Drive Governance & Decision-Making Establish governance frameworks that don't slow things down-they accelerate them. Set up escalation paths that work. Deliver clear, data-driven executive reporting that helps clients and internal leaders make confident decisions. Make sure program health, risks, and financial impacts are visible and actionable.Lead Cross-Functional Teams Influence without direct authority in matrixed environments. Foster collaboration across diverse teams. Create accountability. Push the organization toward innovative, modern delivery practices-whether that's leveraging automation, current tools, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.Contribute to Continuous Improvement Help the PMO evolve. Share lessons learned.
