We are hiring Swim Instructors to lead lessons and build real swimming skills using our Small Steps approach. Ideal candidates are energetic and dependable, with a passion for helping children develop water confidence. Enjoy working in warm pools and small class sizes while supporting families throughout their swimming journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employ the Small Steps method for effective teaching
• Encourage water confidence and skill progression
• Conduct high-energy, structured lessons
• Celebrate student achievements with families
• Maintain a fun learning environment
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross certification
• Must be available for at least 2 shifts weekly
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Calm under pressure and coachable
