Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor in the Property industry. Headquartered in Ottawa, this well-established company has a robust portfolio of projects and is renowned for its high-quality construction work.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:




An educational background in Construction Management or a related field.
5+ years ICI focused project management experience.
Proven work experience in project management in ICI Construction.
Experience managing a portfolio of multiple small to mid-sized ICI projects.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools (Procore is preferred).
