Preference will be given to candidates located in Vancouver Lower Mainland.We are looking for an externally facing, market-driven Product Manager to help shape the future of Traction Complete's Go-To-Market automation suite on Salesforce. This is not a purely delivery-focused PM role. We are looking for someone who is deeply curious about market problems, motivated by customer outcomes, and driven to build validated roadmap initiatives that increase revenue, adoption, and product differentiation.You will spend significant time engaging directly with customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders to identify high-impact opportunities. You will translate validated market needs into clear product strategy and well-defined initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes — not just features.You are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels: defining the "why" and collaborating with developers on the "how." The salary band for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
