• Set and maintain explicit performance standards
• Open and close the restaurant as a key holder
• Handle and reconcile cash deposits
• Conduct inventory counts and place supply orders
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience
• Passionate about food and guest services
• Food Handler Certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational skills in multitasking
