This role focuses on day-to-day operations management, team training, and supervision of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Train and coach production staff on operational techniques
• Direct floor-level supervision and operational alignment

Requirements:
• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity
• Proven success in technology transfer processes
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
