You will support high‑availability systems, ensure data reliability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions for our business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, administer, and optimize enterprise storage systems with a primary focus onNetApp ONTAPandNetApp StorageGRID .Perform end‑to‑end storage provisioning, capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Implement and maintain data protection, backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions across storage platforms.Monitor and analyze storage performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability.Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support business requirements and project implementations.Support routine operational activities, including firmware upgrades, patching, configuration management, and health checks.Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and architectural diagrams.Ensure storage systems adhere to TELUS security, compliance, and governance standards.Required Skills & Experience5–6 years of hands‑on experience as aStorage AdministratororSystem Administratorspecializing in enterprise storage platforms.Strong expertise inNetApp ONTAP, including setup,
