In this critical role, you will manage the Recognition of Prior Learning pathway by coordinating administrative activities and communicating with applicants and partners. Your solid customer service, organization, and communication skills will be essential as you help participants navigate the program effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational tasks • Screen documentation and respond to inquiries promptly • Assist admissions and ensure accurate record maintenance • Support project meetings and documentation of outcomes • Improve workflows and processes for participant navigation
Requirements: • Minimum of five years’ experience in a related administrative role • Excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reporting tools • Proven ability to manage competing priorities • Previous exposure to RPL or continuing care considered beneficial
