Role OverviewSupervised Instructor Therapist (ABA). As part of a specialized team, you support clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, working with an interdisciplinary team to help clients achieve their goals. This part‑time, hourly role is paid $21-24 per hour and is based in clinics in Toronto/North York and Leaside.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 4 PM - 7 PM (Toronto/North York)Saturday, 9 AM - 3 PM (Leaside)ResponsibilitiesPrepare and conduct comprehensive intensive ABA therapy sessionsCollect and graph dataMaintain client binders and materialsMaintain daily written communication logs with family and other staffDemonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as requiredCollaborate with an interdisciplinary teamUphold Centre policies and proceduresAttend training sessions, workshops, online courses, or other development opportunities as set out by Monarch HouseAttend Monarch House social and public eventsQualificationsPositive attitude, organized, and passion for learningRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)
