Wabash Mfg. Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-focused 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman Welder to join our growing team.

In this role, you will weld, fit, fabricate, and repair metal components and assemblies used in custom equipment serving the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Rail industries. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel while maintaining a robust commitment to quality craftsmanship and workplace safety.

What You'll Do

- Weld, fit, fabricate, and repair metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Produce quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Maintain safe work practices and company safety standards




- Collaborate with team members on custom fabrication projects

Qualifications

- 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman Welder certification
- Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
