Overview Of The Role

At Saputo, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an engaged and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with our sites across the Prairies and British Columbia to attract and hire talent for operations, warehouse, and distribution centre roles.

The Talent Acquisition

Advisor will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR partners to support recruitment needs in alignment with Saputo’s business priorities.

This position may be based at one of our sites in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, or Port Coquitlam.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

- Create an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, maintaining proactive communication, and providing timely, meaningful feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across roles supporting Operations and Warehouse & Distribution in BC and the Prairies
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Partners as a trusted advisor to clearly understand job requirements, and develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs to develop current and future talent pipelines
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies and market insights to support future hiring needs.
- Build relationships within local communities, educational institutions, and industry networks to strengthen Saputo's talent pipeline and employer brand presence.
- Participate in the recruitment of interns, including sourcing, screening, interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Plan, attend and represent Saputo at career events, including student recruitment activities, networking events and campus initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and technology, including leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, insights, and the candidate experience




- Support employer branding efforts and social media outreach
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and market insights to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and support talent attraction decisions.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, attracting and hiring talent, ideally in a high-volume environment supporting operations and/or warehouse and distribution roles
- Collaborative relationship builder with the ability to establish strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and passion for talent acquisition, including proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adapting recruitment strategies to evolving business and labour market needs.
- Experience leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including local talent markets, community partnerships, targeted recruitment campaigns, and networking events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build credibility, and foster strong working relationships.
- Robust results orientation, with a track record of meeting hiring goals and delivering timely recruitment outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with Workday ATS is considered an asset.

Salary: $68 630 to $90 080

- Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills,



and training.
