Friendly faces and delightful details make every visit personal and unforgettable.ResponsibilitiesSupervises the training and cross‑training of kitchen personnel in conjunction with the section Sous Chef.Reports all maintenance and repair needs to the section Sous Chef.Supervises, expedites and participates in food preparation in accordance with standards of quality, quantity, taste and presentation.Supervises, expedites and participates in the cleaning of meats, fish and poultry.Supervises, expedites and participates in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and cooking utensils.Prepares, seasons and cooks foods such as soups, salads, meat, fish, gravies, vegetables, desserts, sauces and casseroles.Carves meats, prepares portions on plates and adds gravies, sauces and garnish to servings.Supervises, expedites and participates in the preparation and presentation of buffet items.Checks food for taste,
