Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of customs documentation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations and managing customs records. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot day-to-day customs operations
- Maintain customs records and documentation
- Manage broker invoices and customs payments
- Analyze broker KPI reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant customs experience
- CCS certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
