This role requires engagement with various stakeholders, including Tribal Nations, to foster collaboration and program success. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in the substance use support services. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of substance use grants
- Facilitate strong relationships with community partners
- Deliver evaluation and tracking of grant budgets
- Provide training on substance use prevention programs
- Act as a liaison between grants and Tribal Nations Requirements:
- Minimum of two years in grants related to human services
- Strong understanding of substance use disorder strategies
- Project management skills in grant contexts
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
