Become a key player in vehicle safety enhancements by joining Autoliv as the Global Solution Lead for OneStream Forecasting and xP&A.; Manage system improvements and support operations effectively. In this role, you will focus on optimizing Autoliv's OneStream planning solution to align with business objectives and reporting standards.

Acting as the connection between business stakeholders and technical experts, you'll ensure data quality and governance while spearheading change management initiatives. You'll also lead efforts in documentation, user training, and process simplification to support a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the OneStream xP&A; solution initiatives
- Coordinate between Divisional and Group stakeholders




- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring data integrity
- Manage documentation and training for best practices
- Foster continuous improvements in planning processes Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller
- Familiarity with FP&A;, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with EPM tools, especially OneStream
