Support youth as an Awake Overnight Support Practitioner in Enviros' Passages Program. Utilize trauma-informed care to facilitate growth for youth aged 12-17. In this position, you will ensure the safety and well-being of youth while providing personalized support and creating impactful relationships.

Collaboration with teams, families, and external professionals enhances the service delivery. You will also keep detailed records to align with Enviros’ health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day care of youth in the program
- Foster positive relationships with each youth in care
- Maintain a clean and protected living environment
- Serve nutritious meals during shifts
- Update documentation and reports regularly Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Services required
- Background in trauma-informed, cultural awareness practices
- Prior experience in group care settings preferred
- Certification in First Aid and CPR essential
