Key Responsibilities

- Precision Grooming: Execute up-to-date and traditional haircuts, skin fades, beard sculpting, and hot towel shaves.
- Client Retention: Focus on delivering exceptional experiences that encourage re-booking and help build a long-term, loyal roster.
- Shop Culture: Contribute to a positive team environment and be open to showcasing your best cuts on the shop’s social media channels.
- Station Management: Maintain impeccable organization at your workspace and sanitize all clippers, shears, and tools between appointments.
- Retail Expertise: Confidently advise clients on pomades, beard oils, and daily styling routines to support the shop's retail goals.





Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of professional shop experience preferred, with a strong portfolio of recent work.
- Certification: Valid barbering Certificate, or equivalent certification is required.
- Time Management: Punctual, reliable, and capable of balancing a busy schedule of pre-booked appointments alongside walk-ins.
- Interpersonal Skills: A natural conversationalist with a knack for making every guest feel instantly comfortable and valued.
- Team Player: A willingness to collaborate, share cutting techniques with peers, and assist with general shop upkeep.

Pay: $15.00-$36.94 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
