Responsibilities

- Provide skilled hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance the client’s experience and meet their grooming needs.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions.




- Keep workstations organized, sanitized, and ready for each client to ensure a smooth flow of service.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques for various hair types and styles.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in a grooming environment.
