Reporting to the Head Bartender, the Bartender is responsible for taking orders, preparing, and serving beverages to meet guest expectations and provide excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up the bar to ensure all necessary products and equipment are available;

- Welcome guests courteously and professionally;

- Take orders from guests or servers;

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

- Prepare guest checks and process payments;

- Conduct bar inventory and order missing supplies as needed;

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area;

- Assist the dining room service team when necessary;

- Ensure guest satisfaction and address guest complaints when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same or a similar position;

- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages;

- Strong customer service skills;

- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

- Availability to work evenings and weekends;

- Robust organizational skills;





- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
