- Perform thorough property condition assessments and related documentation
- Create detailed reports following site evaluations
- Research and prepare repair cost estimates
- Collaborate on capital replacement studies and performance audits
- Address building issues and provide reliable technical advice Requirements:
- 3-5 years PCA experience and knowledge of ASTM E2018
- Engineering degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred
- Understanding of the Condominium Act, 1998
- Must possess a G license and access to a vehicle
- Solid skills in MS Office 365 and AutoCAD Utilize your problem-solving skills and expertise to foster robust client relationships in property condition assessments.
