About the job As a Business Intelligence Analyst in Cloud Support, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and securing high-quality, single-source-of-truth (SSOT) data systems. Sitting at the intersection of data developing, business operations, and analytics, you will collaborate with other BI analysts, developers, and program managers to design metrics, automate workflows,



and create advanced Looker dashboards with AI enablement to drive customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Partner with Cloud Support operations and leadership teams to define and gather requirements for translating support strategy into BI requirements, building and supporting multi-year roadmaps.
- Develop robust data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting analytical models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant,
