Supervise by-law enforcement initiatives as a critical leader in Ontario's municipal landscape. This position combines operational oversight with a commitment to regulatory excellence. In this role, reporting directly to the District Manager, the Supervisor will lead a team of Municipal Licensing and Standards Officers.

The focus is on effective program delivery across various regulations, contributing to a safe and compliant community. Ideal candidates will possess substantial leadership and regulatory enforcement experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day enforcement of municipal regulations
- Train and develop Officers for high performance
- Manage compliance with health and safety standards
- Prepare and present reports for municipal meetings
- Facilitate dispute resolutions and stakeholder communications Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in supervising in a regulatory environment
- Knowledge of municipal legislation and policies
- Valid Class “G” Driver’s License in Ontario
