Lead the Career and Technical Education initiative as an Instructional Specialist, focusing on curriculum and instructional strategies. Engage with students and educators to enhance CTE services. This specialist role requires a minimum of a master's degree along with a Texas teaching certificate.
You will leverage your CTE expertise to support teachers, enhance academic subjects, and ensure compliance with educational regulations. Your leadership will shape effective instructional practices that address the needs of all students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support and resources to CTE teachers
- Analyze student performance data for instructional improvements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with educators and students
- Promote knowledge of state and federal CTE laws
- Innovate teaching practices that meet diverse learning needs Requirements:
- Master’s degree and relevant Texas certification
- At least three years of CTE teaching experience
- Experience with curriculum development and leadership
- Robust communication and organizational skills
