- Evaluate and manage development planning applications
- Review proposals and prepare official recommendations
- Coordinate with internal and external agencies for planning issues
- Attend public meetings and provide expert planning advice
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department Requirements:
- Four to six years of urban planning experience
- Membership in the Ontario Professional Planners Institute
- Registered Skilled Planner certification required
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
