Your experience in training development, coupled with a strong knowledge of claims processes, will empower you to produce effective training materials and foster a culture of learning. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver impactful training sessions for enhanced learner comprehension
- Regularly review and update training materials for relevancy




- Work with specialists to achieve exact learning outcomes
- Embed client engagement into training program design
- Guide learners to develop necessary skills and competencies Requirements:
- At least 3 years' training development experience
- Post-secondary education in adult learning or similar
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theories required
- Understanding of insurance practices preferred
