S&R; Group seeks a dedicated Dietitian to work with residents in Kitchener and Cambridge, enhancing their nutritional health. In this clinical role, you'll support residents through assessments, care planning, and education. As a Dietitian, you will spend time at Lanark Heights and St.

Andrew’s Terrace, maintaining robust nutrition standards. You'll monitor residents’ hydration and nutritional needs, prioritize referrals, and evaluate care plans. This position allows for in-person work with some remote flexibility, requiring effective collaboration with families and health teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify nutrition levels and monitor hydration
- Conduct scheduled nutritional assessments for residents
- Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with families
- Manage swallowing assessments and provide care education
- Approve seasonal menus and work with dietary staff Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- At least 2 years experience in long-term care
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Solid leadership and time management abilities Enhance the lives of residents through exceptional nutrition care at S&R; Group.
