Company Description Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago is a downtown Montréal clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to both children and adults.

Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide assessment and evidence-informed treatment for adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, offering individual psychotherapy, and preparing client-centered treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, consulting with community partners when appropriate, and contributing to care pathways for university students, adults, and equity-deserving populations.

The Clinical

Psychologist will also maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold ethical standards, and participate in case discussions and quality-improvement initiatives. This is a full time hybrid role based in Montréal, QC, with a combination of in-person work at the clinic and some flexibility for work from home.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-informed approaches to diverse adult populations.
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health care, including treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision and mentorship to trainees or early-career clinicians, supporting ethical and inclusive practice.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) and eligibility or licensure with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
- Commitment to anti-oppressive, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, with experience working with equity-deserving groups.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Ability to practice in English or French; bilingual proficiency in English and French is a strong asset.
