Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and math calculations
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and serving stations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to keep the shop running smoothly




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles within the food industry is advantageous
