Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements
• Handle management fee and tenant chargebacks
• Conduct monthly cash-flow distributions
• Track capital expenditures and budget variances
• Supervise the review of accounts receivable issues
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in commerce or accounting
• At least two years' experience in property management accounting
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail
