The Shawenim Abinoojii SWP Supervisor oversees the direction and planning of the Support Work program and directly supervises all SWP staff. The role provides program leadership, supports staff development, and maintains relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Supervisor will ensure effective program operations, facilitate staff training, and collaborate with First Nations communities. Travel to communities may be required.
