Become a Continuing Learning Facilitator with Prairie Valley School Division, specializing in Indigenous advocacy. You will be responsible for implementing the Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation report within the division’s curriculum, fostering innovative and equitable learning practices. Your leadership will initiate partnerships with Indigenous communities, enhance teacher capabilities, and promote culturally supportive instructional methodologies that engage all learners. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate implementation of Truth and Reconciliation goals
- Provide instructional support to enhance teacher effectiveness
- Establish partnerships with First Nations communities
- Promote culturally relevant pedagogical practices
- Manage data analysis for targeted educational strategies Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education Degree
- Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teacher certificate
- Master’s Degree in a relevant area
- Minimum five years of teaching experience Lead the way in fostering equitable learning opportunities for Indigenous students within Prairie Valley School Division.
