Kahkewistahaw First Nation #72 is hiring a Coordinator for Jordans Principle Services to support children and families in accessing essential services. This role will play a critical part in advocating for timely assistance and meeting individual needs. As the Service Coordinator, your focus will be on assisting families throughout the application process, ensuring all necessary information is collected, and advocating for children’s medical requirements under Jordans Principle.

You are expected to create a supportive setting for families navigating these challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Help families navigate the application process for services
- Advocate for timely access to essential supports
- Compile and complete application requirements




- Ensure that individual needs of children are satisfactorily met
- Monitor the delivery of services to families Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related discipline
- Minimum of three years in relevant child services
- Advocacy experience to meet medical needs
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Criminal Record Check and references required Be an integral part of making a difference for children and families within the Kahkewistahaw First Nation community.
