Drive the M’Chigeeng First Nation's vision by coordinating the development of a Community Care Model and Child Well-Being Law. Promote engagement and cultural integrity. This full-time Coordinator position oversees the implementation of Year 1 strategies in developing a culturally-grounded Child Well-Being Law. Focusing on community engagement, research, and staff coordination, you will play a crucial role in empowering the community to exercise jurisdiction in child welfare.

Responsibilities include documenting findings and ensuring alignment with Indigenous values throughout the initiative. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations for project staff
- Implement community engagement and needs assessment




- Conduct jurisdictional scans and prepare reports
- Support law and policy development initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance Requirements:
- Bachelor's in social work, Indigenous Governance, or related field
- 3-5 years of project coordination experience
- Proven ability to engage with Indigenous communities
- Robust research and analytical skills
