We need an experienced Service Advisor to manage customer greetings, identify repair and maintenance needs, and communicate effectively with technicians.

You will provide detailed service recommendations and prepare repair orders in our database, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist service customers with concerns
Work closely with technicians to diagnose service needs
Create and finalize repair orders accurately
Suggest cost-effective service options to clients
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail customer service experience
Automotive experience preferred but not required
Solid communication and detail orientation
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Required driver's license
