Lead strategic HR initiatives while fostering an inclusive culture in a remote role across Canada and the U.S.As a vital part of the WUSCAN HR team, the AHRD builds partnerships with business leaders to implement impactful HR policies and practices. You will guide employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development to ensure alignment with TNC's organizational goals. This position oversees a remote HR team and drives consistency across various geographical regions.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between People Team and business leaders
Advise on organizational design and workforce planning
Promote positive employee relations and manage conflict resolution
Conduct annual pay equity analysis and support compensation practices
Supervise a small HR team providing exceptional serviceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years HR experience
Expertise in Canadian and U.S. employment law
Proven experience in managing HR functions in diverse regions
Proficient in MS Office software and data analysis
Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. up to 10%Deliver strategic HR leadership while promoting an inclusive culture with The Nature Conservancy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
