Welcome customers and gather vehicle information
Advise on maintenance schedules and service recommendations




Document repair orders and customer information
Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers
Utilize CDK and Dealer-FX for repair orders and parts

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational and prioritization abilities
Proficient in computer programs, including CDK
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
