We feature iconic brands and their stories, such as CBC, RCAF, Boeing, Cessna, NASA, De Havilland, and many more. We hope to inspire current adventures with the ones you love most, in the places you love most.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, hands-on person to join our team at our Distillery District store . In your role, you will ensure excellent customer service in our store and act as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, who is also used to working independently. A friendly, customer-service-oriented style of work is a Must.

Responsibilities
Give customers the best experience possible by identifying their needs and expectations




Provide customers with adequate, in-depth information about our merchandise
Maintain the store organized, tidy, and well-stocked, following our Merchandising guidelines
Keep track of inventory and provide feedback to Sales Director on a weekly basis
Process merchandise through our register system

Qualifications and Assets
Interest in fashion and design
Passion for customer service is a MUST
Comfortable interacting with customers is a MUST
Weekend Availability is a MUST
Previous retail experience in the apparel industry
Interest in the outdoors and aviation is a plus
Previous experience with POS systems, such as Lightspeed is a plus
On-call availability is a plus
Must legally be allowed to work in Canada
