Lead our Property Management Team at WestUrban in Vernon, Kelowna, and Salmon Arm as an Area Manager. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple residential properties effectively. WestUrban is searching for an Area Manager to enhance community living across our properties.

In this full time position, you will manage in office staff, respond to tenant needs, and ensure property conditions are maintained. Flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend work may be necessary to accommodate various situations. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and resolve tenant issues swiftly
Manage daily operations for multiple properties
Supervise Building Managers and maintenance staff
Conduct regular inspections of properties
Enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Minimum two years in property management
Experience managing multiple properties preferred
Robust skills in organization and communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
