Dive into a pivotal role at Arc'teryx as an Inventory Control Analyst, ensuring exact inventory records and solid control mechanisms in a hybrid work setting. Utilize SAP expertise to monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Working out of our North Vancouver office, this position will focus on enhancing compliance and accuracy in inventory control.

Collaborate with various teams including Finance, Retail Operations, and Technology to analyze data and report findings, driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also manage physical stock counts and address shrink-related issues to protect our assets. Key Responsibilities:
Investigate inventory variances and recommend actions
Support preparation and execution of inventory counts




Review shrink adjustments and maintain documentation
Develop detailed reports for inventory governance
Manage relocation and renovation inventory processes

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in related finance or inventory roles
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
