VTT is seeking a Research Scientist/Senior Scientist to join our Quantum Enabling team. You will develop and manage research and projects in integrated photonics for quantum technologies, and engage with industry partners to build market-ready solutions. You will lead portfolio development, collaborate across disciplines, supervise junior staff, and help secure research funding. Solid background in photonics, QPICs, detectors, and EO modulators, plus excellent English, are essential.
