As Assistant
Director within the Daniels Faculty, you will lead the operations and strategic initiatives of the newly formed BSMI. With a focus on sustainable practices, your responsibilities include project management, grant applications, and building networks for collaboration. A solid background in research and strategic planning within university settings is required. Key Responsibilities:
Design strategic plans for the institute's activities
Execute strategies for impactful research collaborations
Develop project schedules and reports
Research recent funding and partnership opportunities
Enhance outreach to industrial and governmental sectors
Requirements:
Master’s Degree or acceptable combination of experience
Six years of experience in research environments
Expertise in grant proposal writing
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Project management expertise
Contribute to vital sustainability initiatives as the Assistant Director at the University of Toronto's BSMI.
