Guide swim instructors to deliver quality lessons
Execute all duties of an Instructor/Lifeguard
Ensure timely assessment and reporting of swimmer progress
Address customer concerns and maintain transparent communication
Conduct regular safety drills and audits for compliance

Requirements:
Experience in swim instruction is essential
Current Red Cross or LSS Swim certifications necessary
Must possess Standard First Aid certification
National Lifeguard/Assistant Lifeguard award needed
Valid police check for vulnerable sector required
