In this chance with ComPsych, you will deliver client-centered counseling services to employees and their families as part of our Employee Assistance Program. Your role includes offering short-term, solution-oriented support to clients facing various challenges, from anxiety to work-life balance. You will execute intake assessments, maintain clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with qualified guidelines while fostering a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer solution-focused EAP counseling in face-to-face sessions
• Conduct relevant clinical assessments and evaluations




• Assist clients with workplace stress and relational issues
• Ensure comprehensive and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care transitions with ComPsych processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• 3 years minimum clinical experience post-master’s
• Valid professional accreditation
• Relevant liability insurance coverage
• Current resume or CV included
