We are seeking an energetic and motivated Apprentice Mechanic to join our team! This paid apprenticeship position offers hands-on experience in automotive repair, heavy equipment maintenance, and industrial machinery. Duties
Assist experienced mechanics with repairs on vehicles, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery
Learn to operate and maintain equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to perform maintenance tasks
Conduct routine inspections on farm machinery, HVAC systems, and automotive components
Support the assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems




Participate in heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements
Dealership experience or hands-on mechanical background is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of automotive repair, electrical systems, or industrial equipment preferred
Familiarity with schematics, hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment such as excavators or forklifts
Solid mechanical knowledge with an eagerness to learn recent skills
Good customer service skills are beneficial for interacting with clients when needed
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety standards
