Fero is seeking a skilled Welder and Fitter to fabricate and repair metal structures based on blueprints and technical drawings. This role emphasizes structural welding, fitting parts together, and operating equipment like cranes and welding machines. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair metal components per blueprints
• Fit mating parts accurately according to specifications
• Operate welding equipment and various tools




• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks
• Ensure a protected working setting by following regulations
Requirements:
• Background in structural welding and fitting
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
• Experience with rigging and overhead cranes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors
