Provide advanced legal support for ASIRT investigations
Advise on criminal law and evidence protocols
Analyze cases for Crown prosecution preparation
Develop investigative legal frameworks and procedures
Liaise with legal stakeholders to align interpretations
Requirements:
Relevant law degree; admission to Alberta Law Society
Over eight years in criminal law practice
Expertise in criminal investigative techniques
Proven skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
Exceptional judgment and analytical skills
