We are seeking a lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience who has a keen interest in family and estate law, whether from past practice or a desire to learn.

The candidate will engage with clients and work collaboratively with senior counsel, focusing on long-term client strategies and excellent service. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in delivering effective legal support. Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients and analyze legal needs
Conduct thorough legal research for case preparation
Review case files to identify critical issues
Draft clear and compliant court documents
Assist senior counsel during court and negotiations

Requirements:
Must hold a Law Degree (LLB/JD) and be admitted to BC Bar
Experience in family or estate law is beneficial
Solid research and project management skills
Ability to work in a supportive team and independently
