Track and report on asset performance and NOI variance
Lead tenant acquisition and renewals, approving concessions
Manage operational budgets and oversee property managers
Support underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions
Develop comprehensive lease-up plans for properties

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in private equity and real estate
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate
Knowledge of residential tenancy procedures in Ontario
Experience with third-party property management
Must have valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
