This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing clinical role. You will be in the treatment room: conducting consultations with recent patients, prepping skin, and managing aftercare from start to finish. The ideal candidate comes with strong knowledge of cosmetic treatments and skincare, has real experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting, takes pride in creating a seamless patient journey, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction. For candidates with training in medical aesthetics, there is also an opportunity to perform aesthetic treatments outside of regular clinic hours, making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow their clinical scope.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct initial consultations with new patients, discussing treatment options, skincare, and goals before presenting to Dr.



Andrea for review and approval.Confirm treatment plans with returning patients and prepare them for their appointment.Apply topical numbing to the patient if applicable.Prepare product and syringes ready for treatment.Present before‑and‑after photo comparisons to returning patients on screen.Update the cumulative patient profile (CPP) at the start of each visit and review consent forms with patients and assist Dr. Andrea with clinical notes as needed.Cleanse and prep patients' skin before treatments.Capture high‑quality before‑and‑after photos for patient records.Appointment Wrap upWrap up appointments with patients as needed, including reviewing aftercare instructions, providing ice packs, cleansing the skin, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth close to the visit.Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between appointments, ensuring every space is clean, stocked, and ready.Clinic SupportProvide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting patients, answering phones, and managing scheduling.Support the team with general clinic tasks to keep operations running smoothly throughout the day.Provide occasional operational support including clinic supply runs and ad‑hoc errands as needed.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSStrong knowledge of skincare, cosmetic treatments, and the aesthetic industry.Training and experience in medical aesthetics (e.G., cosmetic injections, laser treatments) is a significant asset.At least 5 years of experience in a clinic, medical spa, medical office,
