Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience and building supply, construction knowledge.

Familiarity with retail, inside sales, estimating, math and building supplies are an asset. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the growth of our company.

Duties

- Interact with customers both in-person and via phone or digital channels to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage account details, process transactions using POS systems
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and organizing displays to enhance customer experience.
- Support outside sales efforts by coordinating deliveries, estimating and current knowledge on building trends
- Negotiate with customers to close sales while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer needs are met.




- Work within a team environment as well as independantly to get tasks done
- Lifting and stocking shelves and product assembly requirements

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or customer service roles; experience in high-end sales or renovation/construction industries is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, and basic math skills for transaction processing and estimating.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and team members.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to fostering positive customer relationships while driving sales growth through effective communication, strategic upselling, and professional presentation of products and services.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
